MARK WEST CABERNET SAUVIGNON 750ML
We hand harvested the grapes for this wine, then destemmed them before crushing to gently extract color and tannins. Portions of the blend were aged on oak for two to four months to preserve elegant fruit notes and impart hints of vanilla. To create an approachable mouthfeel and add notes of spice, we blended a portion of Zinfandel to the Cabernet.
